What we collect

If you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. That is the only personal data this website asks you for.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Our website host and our email provider process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are kept for six years after the relationship ends to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it and to ask us to restrict its use. Write to info@argylestark.com and we will respond within one month.
